For matches in Luxembourg and Celje selector Kek checked the attack
Before the football type is a summer national team window that carries even more weight than usual. Friendly matches with Luxembourg (June 6th) and Celje with Bosnia and Herzegovina (June 10) are the last opportunities for professional staff at the head of the selector Matjaz Kekomto try any new name before the September start of qualifying for SP 2026.
In the June national team window, Kek will not have the opportunity to test young players who will form the national core in the next decade. Selected type Andreja Razdrha is preparing for the European Championships for players under 21, so they will not be available to the membership selector by agreement within the national team.

Kek will certainly be accompanied by candidates with interest in Slovakia, who could strengthen the acting set for a qualifying sprint, which will take place in a concentrated rhythm – the first of six matches will be scheduled on September 5, last 18.
Slovenia will play the first game in the June window, on June 6 at 7 pm, will be provoked by Luxembourg, after returning home on June 10 (18.00) at the sold out Z’dežele Stadium in Celje, a match with Bosnia and Herzegovina awaits.
