First larger demos against Trump

Ten weeks after President Donald Trump took office, larger protests against his government are planned in Washington and numerous other cities in the USA this Saturday. The organizers expect tens of thousands of participants nationwide. The largest rally is to take place in Washington.

The demonstration in the US capital is planned on the Washington Monument, not far from the White House. « Donald Trump and (tech billionaire) Elon Musk believe that the country is yours. They take everything they can get their hands on, » says the call to the protests under the banner « Hands Off! » (Hands off). According to information on the « Axios » news page, the speakers in Washington include several MPs from the Democrats.

So far, there have been few large rallies in the United States against the Trump government’s policy revolving the whole country.
