I once came to Kiev. I no longer remember what year it was, 2022 or 2023. I go to the subway wagon, and people start applauding me. I even lost, I thought it was a draw. But it was just a genuine reaction: they saw the military and began to clap their hands.

Of course, now the attitude towards the military has changed: it has become less emotional. And this is a normal story. I am more frustrated and indignantly outraged: when the military is returning right.

You do not even imagine how many those who have officially returned, now I write to me: « Lay money » – because just guys cannot find themselves in civilian life, there is no work for them.

And for their rehabilitation, employment is a significant story. If not, you have a roof. And if you still have the consequences of contusions, then the consequences in this condition can be any.

In my opinion, this story should be regulated at the legislative level so that people who have passed the war can go to the civil service and hold certain positions. Civil service is usually a competition for education criteria, work experience, etc. But if you choose between a person with such qualities, but who did not fight, and the same, but with military experience, it is necessary to give preference to the military, veterans, so that in the future our state can be built on those personnel that have now taken the weapons.

So far, this understanding is neither in society nor the state. Vice versa. People say, « You are our suns, our characters! We pray for you! » But then you come back from the war and no one needs no one …

We still have an old model of commanders and this is a problem. With the advent of a large number of new units, someone had to be appointed to manage them.

Imagine a 55-year officer who served in the military enlistment office for 10 years in the 1990s, worked as a chief of some warehouse, taught a little, and now he headed the battalion and in its order, for example, half a thousand people. How can he soak them? How can he give them advice? He knows nothing! But he has the title and so he became the main. Unfortunately, there are many such cases.

Now the system has started cleaning from such commanders, but it was a high price.

Where the modern commander is, the unit flies into the top. But such commanders are now a big shortage. And this is also a problem.

If we talk about the main sergeants, they must not only quarrel fighters, but also protect – before the military service, before the senior commander. Even if there was a « rail ». And I think that my value as the chief sergeant was just that I was always for guys who could tell me about the problem in any situation.

Equally important is the attitude towards subordinates when performing tasks. Respect and trust are the key things on which the work of the unit should be built. The commander should be a manager and a mentor. You also have to listen to boys and somewhere, perhaps even collectively make a decision, because it is also an important story.

According to official statistics, we now have over one hundred thousand now High School. It’s a lot. And most of these people went to the HRS either through the long command of the command, or because of its lack of morality.

At first, I thought that my past, politics, would be my advantage in the war, but in fact it was often a disadvantage.

I used to be not just a MP (BPP fractions – UP)but also Acting Heads of the State Environmental Inspectorate and tried to release the head of its Donetsk department due to low performance. And now I come to the brigade and find out that one of its key commanders is the godfather of this man, and in fact my life is in fact depends on him.

Another example is one of the members of the brigade apparatus, which was once in the Shariae party. How ideologically can he treat me? People will now think, « How is it – the Party of Sharia in the Armed Forces. » But the armed forces are a cut of society, and there are people from completely different segments of the population.

And in principle, imagine: someone could be a taxi driver or a miner, and here it is a whole MP. It is possible that this person wants to assert himself through me.

Now my unit is all from the Donetsk region, we are about the same age. But if it were not for the protection of the Motherland, we would never have crossed.

My brothers are the most sincere people, real, very interesting, I am inspired by them. And this brotherhood, when you help each other, in particular, mentally, psychologically, it supports. If not for them, I would not work out.

Therefore, I am very grateful to them that they met them. I hope they have similar feelings for me.

I would like to advise society not to look at the statements of Western politicians, but to the statements of Ukrainian comburgists, which are currently holding defense. At the same time, international delegations of the military, especially veterans, should be sent to all corners of the world for different negotiations. Because they have a unique experience. This is a necessary story.

When during the war I was addressed from Kiev with proposals to take part in electionsI couldn’t believe. I thought it was some draw, because as a military understand, all this would not end soon. And when you made this argument, you told you, « No-no-no, believe me, you don’t know. »

These proposals were addressed by people who once held government positions that are engaged in politics now. It turned out that they now hang some of their boards, spend money on some agitation. And I frankly hung, tried to explain to them that it was inappropriate now.

These people spend hundreds of thousands, millions of hryvnias on their advertising, their offices, politics. This money would be just on drones, on improving our positions, and they spend them just in the pipe, just in nowhere. I was shocked that the current situation in the country can be inadequate.

I understand a society that wants to restart wants to exhale. This is a normal story – to want elections. But the conditions are now that they are simply impossible.

I would gladly voted for someone or perhaps myself would take part in the elections, but it is impossible.

We need to continue hostilities.
