Finalists identified in high schools – Cyprus Newspaper

High School Youth Athletics Elimination Races, organized in cooperation with the TRNC Athletics Federation and the Ministry of National Education, were completed and teams rising to the finals were determined.

For two days at the Nicosia Atatürk Stadium, the schools competed in a fierce to participate in the finals.

As a result of the qualifiers, Kurtuluş High School Girls and Boys teams took part in the first step in the team ranking.

Namık Kemal High School came second in the Girls, Namık Kemal High School came second and Namık Kemal High School came second and Bülent Ecevit Anatolian High School was third.

Two school records

High school youth athletics elimination races were the scene of two new school records. Famagusta Turkish Maarif College athlete Ada Kafa, 800 meters before 2: 23.25 with Sabriye Atikoğlu’na record with 2: 18.70’li broke. Süreyya Lakadamyalı from Bülent Ecevit Anatolian High School in the hammer throwing branch broke the record with 27.92 with a degree of 29.53.
