Fiat’s panda in the new edition is produced in Kragujevac

There are not many car models that have a really long history in Europe. One of these is the panda, which Fiat fortunately did not abandon just like Punta. So far, the last generation has been extended, now the model is finally brand new. As his name Grande Panda implies, it is bigger than before, but even bigger than it used to be, at a time of four meters, not particularly large.

The Grande Panda is ready on the evening -energy basis for smaller cars of Stellanis, and looks more recognizable than related Citroën and Opel models. Design are the rectangular sets of holy diodes for headlights, FIAT inscription, and a sheet of model of the model on the side. The whole boxy phenomenon also resembles the first panda with the rear lights, as if it wants to be a retro model.

The interior works easy but also lively. The dashboard extends in a low level line, without the screens, it is pleasing to the front passenger compartment, claiming that many recycled materials have been used in the cabin. Some parts of the plastic are just average. The rear and in the boot is solid, and the arrangement there is previously necessary as luxurious.

We mentioned the evening energy base, which means that the Grande Panda may have an electric or hybrid drive. In the first case, an electric motor with 83 kW power and a 44 kWh lithium-iron lithium fosphate battery. In addition to the filling plug on the left side of the rear, it may also have a pull -out cable, but in this case the charging power with alternating current is lower, only seven instead of 11 kW. The maximum power of one -way charging is always 100 kW. The official reach is 320 kilometers, realistically at least some smaller.

The hybrid version has a 1.2-liter turbo petrol three-cylinder (74 kW) and an electric motor in a two-clutch automatic transmission. By the end of the year, the hybrid panda will be available with a manual transmission, and next year it may receive a four -wheel drive.

Grande Panda is available with several equipment packages and in vibrant colors, among which, as before. The hybrid version costs at least 18,500 euros, electric from 25,500 onwards, the latter is before the subsidy. The Grande Pando Fiat is manufactured in Kragujevac, Serbia, and is expected to sell 200 of them this year. The current model, Pandin, which is produced forward in Italy and especially for the Italians, is not offered here.

In the 1930s, Panda has found 23 million customers in three generations, with about 6,000 in the fleet at the end of last year. The Panda Pandista Lovers Club, which has 70 members, also operates in Slovenia. They will attend the annual meeting of this model at Pandino near Milan.
