Festival of adolescence, the first edition involved 12 municipalities in the Milanese hinterland is underway
From 10 to 17 May events and meetings dedicated to children, parents, teachers and educators
Adolescence is a trip to an unknown land. Odyssey of space It is an ambitious theme, which recalls Ulysses’ journey but also the famous Kubrick film. « It refers to all possible and imaginable odyssees, because we are on the eve of a great change, dictated by new technologies and artificial intelligence, an extra piece that is added to the change marked by algorithms and social media, which have transformed the model of relationships », continues Galli. “We witnessed Teenagencea series that triggered a lot of controversy, but which represents the apotheosis of the incomprehension of language. Inside this odyssey there are guys who are lost for their adolescent immaturity, because they are simply young, and parents who are lost because with those languages they have maps with which they cannot navigate ». The festival is therefore not addressed only to children, but also to parents, teachers and educators. « It is a space for adolescence as a paradigm. Obviously, it favors the generation that today is a teenager, but it is precisely an existential paradigm, because the world is, or in any case it should be, always in a sort of eternal adolescence « , concludes the scientific director.
Many illustrious guests, who adhere to the project, starting from the testimonial, Germano Lanzoni, known to the public as the Milanese Imbruttuto and promoter of the proposal of the popular initiative law « Generational shares »: an under 35 for each over 60 in the decision -making places, which is currently at the center of a collection of signatures to reach the quorum of 50,000 subscriptions necessary to bring it to Parliament.
