A US district judge is said to have prevented the arrest of an undocumented immigrant. It is said to have been arrested itself, but the details of the case are still unclear.
The incident was almost a week ago. The US district judge Hannah Dugan is said to have prevented federal officials from preventing an undocumented immigrant in a courthouse in Milwaukee (Wisconsin). FBI-Thef Kash Patel wrote on Friday on platform X that there was « evidence » and Dugan was arrested.
Patel wrote that judge Dugan « deliberately distracted federal officials from this last week » to pursue an immigrant without papers in her courthouse that she had prevented the arrest and « increased the risk to the public ». The case has been working in Wisconsin for a few days.
