« Very moving, » he said in Munich. “I saw a banner, a very nice gesture of fans for my family.” He stated that he thought all the time on my daughter: « I don’t have to win the Champions League to remember my daughter. My daughter is always with us and supports the whole family. In fact, I feel much more her presence when we lose. « 

At the same time, he emphasized what he learned at the time of losing his daughter: “We have in mind all the good things she gave us. She taught us to always take something positive from sad moments. This is the mindset we have in the family. So I don’t have to conquer the trophy to feel her presence. « 

At the time of losing his daughter, he left the national team for four months. It temporarily replaced the assistant Roberto Morenobut on the return of Enrique, he did not want to withdraw. Enrique revealed his anger even in the media, and Morena eventually dismissed the Spanish Football Federation and re -erected Luis Enrique on the site of the selector.

He replied that he was very happy, which surprised the journalist, but Luis Enrique just looked at him and read the lesson of life: « My daughter lived with us for nine wonderful years. We have thousands of memories of her. My mom didn’t have Xana’s photos at first. When I asked her why there was no photos of Xana anywhere, she just said she just couldn’t, but I immediately told her that Xana was always with us. Because we remember her every day, we talk about her and laugh. And I think Xana still follows us from somewhere. «
