False posts appeared on the Czech Prime Minister Fiala’s Social Network Account
The account has been challenged.
Prague. The account of Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala on the social network X was attacked, on Tuesday morning fake posts appeared on it.
ČTK said it spokeswoman Lucie Michut Ješátková.
These contributions reported, for example, about the attack on Czech soldiers by the Russian army or the retaliation for American duties.
« Despite all the security measures, the Prime Minister’s Prime Minister’s profile on the X Network was attacked this morning, » said Jeshatkova.
In one of the contributions issued before 06:00 after the challenge of the Prime Minister’s account was written about the attack of the Russian forces « on Czech troops near the Kaliningrad border ». The government spokeswoman confirmed that he was not true. The Kaliningrad region is a Russian exclave separated from the rest of the Russian Federation, adjacent to Lithuania and Poland.
In the next two contributions on the purple account from Tuesday morning, it was written in Czech and English about the preparation of sanctions in response to US duties. A few tens of minutes after the issuance of these contributions and information on the attack of the soldiers disappeared.
Contributions were written in a literary without obvious errors. Compared to the other contributions on the Prime Minister’s account, however, unconventionally all contained a video with live broadcast. In each of these alleged broadcasts, however, there was only a static image without a sound accompaniment.
In 2023, for example, the target of hackers was the website of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and other state institutions. Last year, hackers attacked, for example, websites of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
