False dentist in Warsaw. The police reveal new details
Officers from the Economic Crime and Corruption Department KRP Warsaw VI detained a man suspected of illegal dental procedures without the required qualifications. The man has already been charged with this matter – he faces a year in prison for the provision of medical services without permission.

The investigation is conducted by police from the same faculty, who determined that the 59-year-old was active in one of the offices in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ.
– A notification of a man’s illegal activity was submitted to the Ombudsman for the Patient Rights and the prosecutor’s office, who after a visit to his office suffered complications. During the search of the office run by a 59-year-old, police secured calendars and telephones, which constitute evidence of his illegal dental activity. According to information obtained by officers, a man has no right to practice the dentist’s profession.
Prague Tokarz pretended to be a dentist
This story resembles another loud case, which also happened in Warsaw’s Praga. In 2008, a man was detained who worked in the office at ul. Stalowa 3. However, it turned out that he is not a dentist and … a turner. His wife was a dental technician. When she died in 2000, the man decided to rent a office to other dentists, but then he stated that he already had sufficient knowledge and could deal with the treatment of teeth. Because the fraudster pleaded guilty and voluntarily gave up, the court sentenced him to a year in prison suspended for two years.
