At sea – « Open Spirit »

At the same time (May 5-16), Klaipeda State Seaport also carries out the KJP port and coastal Defense Service Exercise « Storm Defender 2025 », and on May 9-23, the Baltic Sea will host an international search for non -explosive historical ammunition and harm removal « Open Spirit 25 » (« Open Spirit 25 ») and 2025 ”.

12 warships from eleven NATO countries will arrive at Klaipeda port.

During this operation, special attention will be paid to the protection of existing underwater infrastructure against possible threats and destabilizing actions in the Baltic Sea.
