“Launching works for the construction of the new 9-year school in the Astir area is excellent news for all the residents living there, but also a promise kept by the Municipality of Tirana, despite being shared and attacked as any other fantastic project we have implemented in our city.
Citizens living in this area knows very well what we inherited from the former municipality, once led by systematic Shares of every beautiful Tirana project, and how difficult it was to find an empty ground where we could build schools so much required.
But, as I often say, words do not matter now: it is the deeds that stand stubborn in the face of any attack.
As we promised, the new school on the street « Muharrem Çaushi » will not miss anything; There will be the same standards as the 45 schools we have built these years in Tirana, whether in the center or in the suburbs, and will provide its 600 students excellent teaching conditions, laboratories equipped with tools, libraries and a sports gym.
I am really grateful to the hearts who proved so patient, and thank my colleagues who worked to make this promise a reality. I look forward to seeing the start of work soon for the construction of the new, equally indispensable gymnasium in this area of Tirana.
Together! ”Said Veliaj among other things.
