Three former members of the Storm Ultra’s, the hard core among the supporters of Charleroi, were found guilty of the death of Pierre Clynhens (42) by the Hof van Assisen in Bergen. Yet none of them should go to jail.

The Volksjury declared Domenico B., Donovan D. and Sébastien M. all three guilty of manslaughter. Their lawyers had tried to weaken that until « the inflicting and injuries », but the jury did not comment on that. According to the jury members, the three intended to kill the man.
Mild punishment
The jury was particularly mild on Monday in handing out the penalties. All three men were sentenced to five years in prison, but that punishment is converted into a punishment with a delay for the period that exceeds the detention. None of the three convicts should go to prison. They were in custody for several months in 2018, and appeared as free men before the court.
The three accused showed their regret. But the court mainly took into account the long period between the drama and the trial. Although the investigation was already around after a few days, it remained on the shelf for seven years.
