Last week, social life scattered its participants from Cannes, The film festival is heldbefore Verteteevo, where Joseph Brodsky was celebrated in advance and opened the Brodsky Alexander bridge. And some were noted even in Istanbul, where the views of all mankind were directed: from the collective west to the global south. In this regard, the Cannes festival clearly loses to the new season of the Istanbul series. Moreover, in the case of the opening ceremony, the most important thing was known in advance: Robert de Niro will receive a special “palm branch” for his contribution to the cinema, and the master Leonardo DiCaprio himself will present it to the master. Meanwhile, exactly on the opening day of the Cannes Film Festival in Moscow, a ceremony of presenting the Association of Film and Television Producers (APKIT) was held. It should be noted that not all secular actors managed to return to Moscow after the May holidays, but this industrial prize of arrived with almost exceptions. More precisely, even an exception arrived: for the first time in five years, the founder of the Medium production company Alexander Tsekalo with his wife, who has long lived in Los Angeles, visited the ceremony. APKITs have a lot of nominations, as full-length films, TV series on TV and series of online platforms are awarded, but it turns out that the most important one is “The best online series”, if only because it is awarded the latter.
Well, in general, Mr. Tsekalo from Los Angeles immediately received the main prize for the series « Trace » (also awarded for the best script and operator work). It was not for nothing that he flew on the crossroads.
However, at the Apris ceremonies there is always a real passion for the case uniting all the gathered. So far, this is definitely not a chamber of measures and scales, where awards are wearing depending on the details of the biography of cinema and series authors, and not for the quality of the product. Having received (as part of the group) the award for a “hundred years ahead” in the nomination “The Best Feature Film Film” Actor Alexander Petrov even envied the producers: “We have already come up with a name for our acting association and award – Aakit! I hope the producers will help us with this, ”he completed his thought as a real actor.
In the course of the case, the presenters and other speakers drowned a little in metaphors: at first the film industry was compared with the metallurgical, then for some reason they switched to trains, but at some point the chairman of the APKIT APKIT board, Sergei Selianov, already without any metaphors, about what is more important: justice or mercy.
And he came to the conclusion that people are usually closer to people of art, and among people of art it is inherent in women. “Despite all of them,” he waved his hand showing somewhere up, “last time.”
However, soon Tina Kandelaki spoke soon after him – here it is not to justice or mercy. Her eyes were hidden by a shadow from a wide -brimmed hat, like she was a gangster from Western. For some reason, she decided to remember the Cannes Film Festival that opened in parallel: “I will never get there, I am under all possible sanctions, so I have nowhere else to go, you are doomed to me,” she turned to Mr. Selvanov, although probably not only to him. And then I asked the actor for dubbing Karen Harutyunov to present her in English in the voice of Robert de Niro: “Let everyone go in the Cannes!” There was no information about appropriate cases in Cannes.
