Russian retirees living in Estonia, who have serious material difficulties due to retirement payments, can be addressed for social assistance in the local government.
In Estonia, Russian pensions receive about 4,000 people. Most of them also receive an Estonian pension, but about 230 people only receive a Russian pension.
It has already been reported that Russian pensioners living in Latvia did not receive pensions from Russia in the first quarter.
