Albania, the poorest country in the region and in Europe, is facing a deep economic and social crisis every day. The country with the lowest salaries and the most miserable pensions in Europe has the highest living costs in the region, the dramatic gap that continues to deepen in the last days in power of Edi Rama
Basic food prices are galloping, passing those of the European Union countries. In March 2025, according to INSTAT itself, the consumer price index reached 2.1%. Foods increased by 3%, while basic products such as milk, cheese and eggs have increased up to 4.6%, greens increased by 4% and meat by 3.3% compared to March last year. This abusive and unstoppable price increase is a direct blow to Albanian families, especially for young people, retirees, for all those who survive with alms and for needy.
While citizens face extreme poverty and 80% of Albanians live today in severe economic conditions, Edi Rama’s government continues to close their eyes on reality, continuing to prioritize oligarchs and enrich a politically related minority. This is the « Renaissance » that promised Albanians hope and well -being, but in 12 years planted only poverty, social exception and pressure on mouth bread.
This dramatic situation ends on May 11 only by voting for No.1 « PD-Alabi for Great Albania ». We have a concrete plan that will make it a reality in the first 100 days, eradicating extreme poverty by a vital minimum of 200 euros for every Albanian, for every retiree, full or partial pension, for any unemployed or in economic aid, for every student with scholarships and any orphan. There will be no more Albanians, full or partial pensioners to count the bite, who will no longer be able to buy medicines, no more unemployed, citizen with economic assistance, scholarship students, or family orphans who will receive less than 200 euros.
Pensions will increase by 20%. The minimum salaries will be within 3 months of 500 euros. All VAT of their purchases will be returned to any retiree, a citizen with a minimum vital or minimum (500 euro) salary will be provided with the Consumer Card, which will benefit from the return of VAT paying for basic food, electricity, water and medicines, receiving about 450 euros per year. The price of electricity will drop to 7 ALL/KHH and the price of oil will drop by 35-40%. All fines for electricity and drinking water for pensioners will be forgiven. For persons with disabilities they need, the guardian and his insurance will be paid, and all the sanitary and auxiliary means will be guaranteed by the state.
Our program is an opportunity for every young man, for every retiree, for every worker, every farmer, for every salary, for every teacher who will have a minimum salary of 1500 euros, for every doctor and nurse who will have a double salary, to increase their well -being and to live with dignity in his homeland. The DP will make a average salary of 1200 euros, a European salary for European work, so that citizens will not leave, so that Albania is not just their hometown, but a place of life, work and human dignity.
On May 11, it is the day to punish Edi Rama, the architect who opened the doors of poverty and lowered the misery in the vast majority of Albanian families. May 11th is the day to remove the head of the Albanians and the Chief of Albanians and to punish the most outrageous enemy of human rights and freedoms, which does not even have the minimum of human respect and compassion for citizens until the world -wide disabilities. With the plebiscite vote of Albanians for No.1 we will build together the magnificent Albania, Albania of new and real opportunities for every Albanian to build a family, to have a job, to buy a flat, to have more income.
