Entrepreneurs have a support of EUR 100 million / day in two new ALTUM programs
Production innovations, including dual -use products for safety and protection, will be available with a capital discount of up to 30%, while for research and development – low, fixed interest rate loans. Support programs will be implemented with the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The opening of the new support programs will take place on Wednesday, May 14, at 9 am SIA « Edge Autonomy », Riga, Grenču Street 5.
The event will be able to find out about the goals and capabilities of the new support programs. Economics Minister Viktors Valainis (ZZS), Defense Minister Andris Sprūds (P), Lauma Muižniece, Director of the Latvian Council of Science, Reinis Berzins, Chairman of the Board of « Altum », and Konstantin Krivov, Director of Business Development of Edge Autonomy.
ALTUM is a state -owned company that provides support for certain target groups in the form of financial instruments (loans, guarantees, investments in venture capital funds, etc.) with the help of state aid financial instruments, supplementing it with non -financial support (consultation, mentoring) and implementing other national delegated functions.
In the capital of Altum, 40% of the shares are the Ministry of Finance and 30% is the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Agriculture. Altum bonds are listed on the list of Nasdaq Riga debt securities.
