Emu left for escape in Lieksa Hs.fi

North Karelia In Lieksa, the rescue service received a rare rescue mission on Friday afternoon when Emu left for a local adventure park.

According to the owner of the little one, the courtyard owner said the gate of the bird fence had possibly opened due to strong winds, the rescue service said in a news release. The owner had tried to catch the escape bird without success.

Emu is an incapacitated, large -sized bird that can pink at tens of kilometers per hour.

Owner And his son tracked the bird for about ten kilometers. When the rescue service arrived, the bird was directed to a dense forest where it was easier to catch it. The owner eventually caught the bird with the help of a rescue service.

For safety reasons, the bird’s feet were tied together. According to the rescue service, Emulla has dangerously large nails. In addition, the bird’s head was covered to prevent it from stressed any more.

The bird grabbing was carefully carried to the owner’s car and delivered back to his own fence. According to the rescue service, the bird was not damaged in the arrest.
