Employee assessment at the Chamber of Deputies
The Permanent Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies approved, on Monday, the procedure for professional evaluation of the civil servants and the contract staff in the services of this legislative forum.
The procedure was adopted in order to implement the provisions of the Decision of the Chamber of Deputies no. 9/2025.
The professional evaluation consists of the compulsory stages, depending on the specificity of each compartment.
One of the stages aims to verify the necessary theoretical knowledge in fulfilling the duties, through a grid test, which represents maximum 50 points.
A second stage consists of verifying the practical skills and experience in the activity carried out, representing a maximum of 30 points, through one of the following ways:
* Written work – solving topics/questions/themes/relevant requirements in fulfilling the duties;
* Practical test-the resolution, in a certain period of time, of relevant themes/requirements in fulfilling the duties of service, using technical means used in the current activity;
* Interview – the direct interaction between the members of the professional evaluation commission and the persons subject to the evaluation, by which general and specific questions are addressed, taking into account the service duties of the persons subject to the evaluation.
Another stage aims to analyze the information registered in the professional sheet, which includes elements in a special annex-maximum 20 points.
The way of implementing these provisions is established by a professional evaluation commission.
The participation of the personnel in the professional evaluation process is mandatory.
