Eltrona recently opened its new headquarters in Strasse and two new customer centers in Strasse and Belval. This progress is a significant step in the strategic realignment of the company, which would like to position itself as an important alternative to the established providers in the market for high-performance broadband internet in Luxembourg.

Presented in the Grand Duchy for over 55 years, Eltrona has developed from a cable network operator to a comprehensive telecommunications provider. With its hybrid fiber coax network (HFC), which covers 85 percent of local households, the modern company offers both innovative and accessible technological solutions for its customers.

Eltrona was founded in 1969 and has continuously adapted to the technological developments and needs of private households over the decades. The acquisition by the Telenet Group in 2022 allowed the company to accelerate the development and massively invest in improving its infrastructures and services.

With its 150 committed employees, Eltrona offers a credible and competitive alternative on the market. The aim is to further simplify access to internet and TV services and thus guarantee consumers a stable and powerful connection without bad tariff surprises.

Ambitious goals

Eltrona strives to be ambitious to become the leading alternative in the high-performance broadband internet market. In 2023 the Giga offer was therefore introduced, which offers the entire population a high-speed broadband connection and corresponds to consumer requests for flexibility and transparency.

In 2024, the company was the only provider in Luxembourg to record an increase in sales of three percent and an increase in the customer base by 2,600 customers.
