The single platform thus allows you to connect data currents, drives automation, introduces predictive analytics and allows you to digitally conduct processes at all levels of business.

“The foundation of the platform is the PAZP – the platform for the management of landmarks and analytics. It is an advanced integration and analytical environment that connects a number of data resources in almost real time and converts it into logical, process -related information, indicators, visualization and analysis, ”she said Maja SavinekDigit Bela project manager.

The platform provides a comprehensive overview of investments, funds spending, project implementation and network capacity, while at the same time the basis for predictive models of monitoring efficiency and operational risks. It develops and uses analytical solutions that support key processes, from voltage profiles and reliability of supply to fieldwork.

These tools are not only intended for analysts, they are also used by engineering teams, operational staff, project managers and strategic management. Analytics thus becomes a normal part of decision-making, accessible to all who make, implement or plan, which strengthens internal innovation, reduces IT dependence and promotes responsiveness.

The platform allows employees to be able to prepare analyzes and reports by their own customs. The digital unit of connecting – a DEP that takes care of connecting to data from other systems at both national and European levels, plays an important role. In this way, the company actively participates in international research projects and provides open data services for scientific and industrial partners.

The planning, evaluation and implementation of investments are based on measurable data, risk analyzes and the coordination of technical and financial aspects. AIP connects real data planning and allows the dynamic investment adjustment according to available resources and strategic priorities. « 

There are also links to functions such as financial management, implementation control, regulatory reporting and coordination with energy policies. It is a tool that strengthens the system’s resistance and provides greater responsiveness in crisis. In the context of the transformation, the company also established a flexibility system that enables end users to participate in active network management. The system includes actual measurements, forecasts and weather.

Construction of foundations for the future
