Electoral Crimes, SPAK launches investigations into 39 cases
The Special Prosecution has published the latest data on electoral crimes, which indicates that there are 156 materials administered, of which 39 have passed through the investigation phase, thus registered as criminal proceedings.
« Of these 25 are decisions for non -initiation of criminal investigation. 24 reporting materials have been sent to the District Prosecutors. 17 Materials have been sent for verification to the Local Police Directorate.
Of the 39 criminal proceedings, 21 were initiated on the basis of references by the State Police, 1 referred by the Internal Prison Control Service. 8 were mainly launched by SPAK, 3 came as a result of reports from different citizens, 3 were referred by judicial district prosecutors and 3 were based on the reports of political entities.

4 proceedings are recorded for both articles, respectively, under Article 328 with Article 328/b (active/passive corruption in elections).
1 proceeding is recorded under Article 328/a (use of public function for political purposes).
