Easter late breakfast / day
In the spring Easter holidays, let’s paint eggs, organize egg battles and go in nature. Standing a lot of time at the stove is unlikely to want to devote. That’s why this time too, I offer easy -to -make recipes, which can also be varied at my own discretion – add other ingredients to the salad and the filled egg cream – tuna, salmon, avocado, cream cheese, etc. In the curd cake, some raisins can be replaced by other dried fruits, adding a small handful of berries that are still stuck in the freezer. True, if the berries are juicy, you will need an extra spoon of semolina or a little add flour.
Eggs with horseradish cream
Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs, 2 tbsp. k. cream or mayonnaise, 1 tsp. grated horseradish, 1 tsp. mustard, salt, pepper to taste, for decoration – greens (dill, bows), pepper powder, ground pepper
1. The eggs are cut in half, removing the yolks.
2. The yolks are squeezed and mixed with the other ingredients until a creamy mass is formed.
3. With a spoon or pastry bag is filled back into the egg whites.
4. Decorate with greens or pepper powder and serve.
Fresh greens salad with radishes and egg
Ingredients: 1 bundle of rucola, salad mixture, 4 radishes, 2 hard boiled eggs, ½ cucumber, 1 tbsp. k. Olive oil, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste
1. The salad is washed, radishes and cucumbers cut into thin slices.
2. Eggs cut into slices or quarters.
3. All place in a bowl.
4. Make the sauce – mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix all gently.
5. Serve as a light additive or snack
Cottage cheese with raisins and vanilla
Ingredients: 500 g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. k. semolina, 3 tbsp. k. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 50 g raisins (soaked), butter and breadcrumbs template
1. Eggs beat with sugar, add cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla and raisins.
2. The mass is poured into greased form, sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
3 Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes until the surface is golden.
Serve with whipped cream, berries or jam.
