Police officers have been charged with allegations of the prosecution on the crimes of dangerous driving and the prevention of an official act (because he drove before police officers). The fact that the prosecution proposed four months in prison for the first act, and for the second, ten and a single sentence of one year in prison, who has previously been sentenced to suspended sentence (though for other acts), will not have to endure if he did not commit a new crime within two years, as the sentence is suspended.

Judge Miha Subara he conducted a hearing for a criminal sanction these days, but he was not interested in it, since he was not in court, although he was supposed to be heard about certain circumstances. The prosecution therefore withdrew the proposal for hearing the defendant, and after a short termination the judge accepted the verdict and imposed a sentence as proposed by the prosecution.

At the same time, he was acquitted of the criminal proceedings, the injured party JJwhose Mazda was crashed by Strojan, and with a property claim, he referred to justice. According to Judge Subara, he submitted an assessment of damage to the car because he could not use it, but it was not specified, so the civil court should deal with it.

The court seized the car Danijel Strojan, which will probably go to destruction immediately, as he is without market value, according to a judge.
