« Mass violations are recorded at the events of the Oak Park. We address Kaunas residents and city guests traveling to events at Darius and Girėnas stadium – do not leave cars in the wrong places: pedestrian paths, driveway parts or parking, pay attention to road signs. The representatives of the city applied.

It is reported that this Saturday alone, specialists of the Public Order Department of Kaunas City Municipality Administration recorded 78 Road Traffic Rules at the Oak Park.

« We remind you that such irresponsible behavior causes inconvenience to the park and event visitors, those around them and harm to nature, » traffic experts said.

Representatives of Kaunas pointed out that during mass events it is best to use public transport services, because then you will not have to worry about parking. In addition, there are additional buses and trolleybuses, and travel with a ticket are free during big events, making travel even more comfortable.

« We ask the participants of the event, if possible, to arrive at Darius and Girėnas Stadium by public transport – a bus or trolley trip to the event three hours before the event and for three hours after it, and special routes are conveniently transported closer to home. You will easily reach the event safely, ”said representatives of Kaunas City Municipality.
