Including significant traffic restrictions on the Daugavpils highway (A6) from Kalnišķi to Lubaste, where traffic is organized along one carriageway, as well as on the Daugavpils bypass (A14) from the Svent to the A6 A6, where traffic is regulated by traffic lights.
Similarly, there are significant traffic restrictions on the witch-limbazi (P9) motorway from Vidriži to the intersection of Dravnieki-Straupe-Straupe-Līgatne (V127), which has three reverse traffic stages with traffic lights, on the Smiltene-Gulbene (P27) The section, as well as on the Plavinas-Madona-Gulbene (P37) motorway from Cesvaine to the intersection with the Old Tulien-Kaipi (V447), up to seven traffic light sections.
There are also significant traffic restrictions on the Svente-Subate (P70) motorway from Svente to the intersection of the Ilukste-Ilze-Vitkušķi (V702) motorway, with four traffic lights, as well as on the Ilukste-Bebrene-Birzi (P72) section from Slate to Zasa.
The LVC was established at the end of 2004 and is owned by the state. The company manages the State Road Network, administers funding from the State Road Network and organizes procurement for state purposes. The LVC manages more than 20,000 kilometers of national roads.
