DS officials filed a prosecutor’s offices for the expiration of transparent with a hook cross on the Nis Fortress – Society

The criminal complaint was submitted by President DS Srdjan Milivojević and the Vice President of the City Board, and the party Marko Aleksovski, which, in the conference, requested that the perpetrators and the orders were discovered and prosecuted.

According to the application, it is submitted for the basis of the doubt with the hook cross on the main gate of the Fortress, against the public order and peace, against the public goods and peace, as well as the law on banning neonatical or fascist organizations and associations and prohibitions of non-sun-like fascist symbols and characteristics.

It reminds that the Nis Fortress is a cultural and historical monument that enjoys the previous protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Milivojevic pointed out that Transparent is ashamed and illegal, as well as that neither the Nazis during the Second World War at the Nish Fortress did not emphasize the flag with the hook cross.

He said there is a « clear intention to cause racial, national and religious hatred and intolerance referred to in Article 317 of the Criminal Code of Serbia. »

According to him, public installation of a Nazi symbol is an act that can cause anxiety, fear and spread hatred among citizens of different ethical and political commitment.

He said that the transparency was injured by the reputation of Serbia due to racial, religious, national and other affiliation referred to in Article 387 of the Criminal Code, given that, as he stated, the crust is a symbol of Nazi ideology responsible for crimes against humanity and genocide.

Highlighting the hook cross in a public place, Milivojevic added, is a public glorification of Nazi ideology and exposes more faces, bringing them into connection with that ideology.

« A reputation was injured due to racial, religious and national affiliation referred to in Article 174 of the Criminal Code and the Law on Prohibition of Information or Fascist Organizations », « he said.

According to him, the Law on Prohibition of Highlights of Nazi and Fascist features, Donet 2009 envisages fines for those who point them out.

He said that this law also envisages large fines for the legal entity that prints or otherwise produces transparent, flyers or other propaganda material that contains Nazi features.

Transparent, otherwise, removed the activists of the Start – Changes, Oppositions and students.

The officials of the National Movement of Serbia were looking for Mayor of Dragoslav Pavlović that day, in order to plead this case, but he « was not in the workplace ».

In the opposition, they unofficially assumed that the SNS stands behind the installation of banner.

Pavlovic did not publicly declare himself in such a banner, and something previously condemned the drawing of the hook crosses on the walls of the Fortress and Nisava Key, and throwing FFRVene Farba on the Serbian Advanced Party in Nis.

He called those cases by vandalic and anticipivilization act.
