Drunk drivers insulted police officers and becomes aggressive

A 48-year-old man has to expect criminal charges due to an assault on police officers and insults. As the police say, he wanted to take a police officer physically in Kaufering after the car keys were taken away.

On Wednesday evening, a 32-year-old man reported to the police because he wanted to prevent an obviously alcoholic man from driving away with the vehicle. When the police officers arrived, it turned out that the 48-year-old from the Landsberg district was actually heavily alcoholized and therefore could no longer have driven.

The police prevented the journey and ensured the vehicle key, according to the police report. The 48-year-old became increasingly aggressive during the police measures, insulted the police officers used and tried to tackle a police officer physically. After the situation had calmed down after a while, the man was allowed to walk home on foot. (AZ)
