Drivers complained about the wrong fines for travel on a paid MSD
Users of the Moscow high -speed diameter (MSD), which since February 15 has become paid for all drivers, complain about the wrong accounts and fines for non -payment of the travel. From February 15 until the beginning of April, the drivers sent 3.5 million accruals for the fare for the MSD, Kommersant was informed in the capital’s department of transport. Soon after the transition of the MSD to the new Rules, Kommersant drew attention to complaints in social networks that drivers write to this day.
A typical reason for such complaints is the fine received after payment of the bill. In a number of similar cases, penalties have already been canceled. Some drivers are confused due to incorrect work of payment systems that they use. Many motorists, we note, use services that are not related to public services or official services of the traffic police (for example, “Rosstrafs”, “Pilings of traffic police”, etc.), etc.).
Complaints also received complaints to the National Automobile Union, the vice president of the organization Anton Shaparin recently sent in this regard the appeal to the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin. “They do not always come for the fare for the MSD account for payment or come with a large delay (10-20 days) even with regular travel twice a day during paid hours,” he said.
In the metropolitan department of transport, in response to Kommersant’s request, it was reminded to comment on the situation: if the driver who received a fine pays the fare for 20 days, then under Art. 12.21.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses he will be exempted from responsibility, the decision will be canceled.
