The services on Friday, May 2 after 16.00 received information about an accident in the town of Tesarek in the Zgierz poviat (province Łódź). The woman and her dog were to be picked up after entering the water reservoir located near the hotel. Three fire brigades, a helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service, police and energy emergency service were immediately directed.

The animal jumped into the water and after a while – as it seemed to its owner – he began to melt. The 5-year-old went to his rescue. After entering the water, the woman, like her quadruped, was infected with electricity. She couldn’t get to the shore.
Witnesses of this event immediately disconnected the power supply in the water reservoir area. « It turned out that there is a hidden electric shepherd in the thickets above the water, » one of the readers said in the email to « Dziennik Łódzki ».
Even before the arrival of the services, one of the witnesses threw himself at the rescue of the injured woman. The man managed to pull the 50-year-old to the shore, he was injured. Rescuers They gave him help on the spot. The injured woman with serious injuries was transported to the hospital by a helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service. The dog could not be saved.
