Drama in Greater Poland. The fight for the life of a 13-year-old who fell from a scooter
The drama took place on Monday, June 16 around 13 in the town of Siedlików near Ostrzeszów (province Greater Poland). A 13-year-old came to the hospital in a very serious condition, who while driving on an electric scooter fell and hit his head on asphalt. According to preliminary police findings, the boy did not have a protective helmet.

– He probably did not adapt the speed to the prevailing road conditions, lost control of the driven vehicle and fell on the road – said TVN24 asp. Tomasz Morawek from the Poviat Police Headquarters in Ostrzeszów.
An air ambulance was directed to the scene of the incident, which took an unconscious teenager to hospital in Ostrów Wielkopolski. As spokesman for the facility Adam Stangret, the boy suffered a serious craniocerebral injury and his condition is very severe.
Currently, the teenager is in the children’s intensive care unit, where he is mechanically ventilated. The coming days are to be decisive for his future. The police deal with determining the exact circumstances and causes of this accident.
