These tragic events occurred in the evening of March 5. – The duty officer received a notification at 19.15 that in one of the buildings at ul. Victory arrows were heard. The preliminary findings showed that the person who used the weapon in the room of this tenement house shot himself. We don't know why it will be explained. The investigation in this case is being conducted by the Gliwice West District Prosecutor's Office – says in an interview with « Fakt » Commissioner Marzena Szwed, a spokesman for a police in Gliwice.
Emergency services, including a helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service, started to help a young man. His life was threatened. -A man who was seriously wounded is a 22-year-old. He was transported to the hospital by a helicopter of the Air Ambulance Service – adds Marzena Szwed. – All people from the building were evacuated, fortunately nobody else happened to anyone.
