Shishka gave birth to five children in the 1970s. The second and the last, born in the maternity hospital in Ljubljana, remained alive, and three who were born at a hospital in Novo mesto died after birth.

She gave birth to her first child in September 1972. « I heard him cry, and then, without seeing him, they took him away, and moved me to other moms, » she told her story today.

They then brought children to all moms, only her was not. When she asked the staff where the child was, they told her that there was something wrong with him and that they had taken him to Ljubljana for an investigation. After a few days, however, she learned that the baby had died. She learned from the nurse that the baby was supposed to drink blood and from the doctor that he had an enlarged kidney.

When she and her husband wanted to get to the baby, he was not in the pathology, instead of buried in the cemetery in Šmihel, as he was told at the hospital. Meanwhile, she writes in the mortuary that she is buried in Ločna, she said.

In October 1977, she gave birth to her third child, a girl who died the same day. “The diagnosis was the same as in the first child. I was told that they sent her to Ljubljana, where she died because she had an enlarged liver and kidney, « said Šiško. In doubt, they told her this before the autopsy was done.

Similarly, it happened with her fourth child, who was born in 1978. As she says, the baby cried normally, and over time learned that he had died. He is also supposed to be sent to Ljubljana, he had an enlarged spleen and liver. But he thinks that a child with such defects would not develop normally, weighing more than 3500 grams at birth and 51 centimeters long.

It seems suspicious of the fact that she lost all three children she gave birth to at the hospital in Novo mesto. All the more so because, as she said, rumors about newborn trade circulated, which were supposed to be sold for 60,000 marks.
