Doncic and Kek also left, but Slovenes far ahead of Croats and Serbs

In recent days, there has been a relevant discussion on the safety of the employment of football coaches. Anyone who knows the problem knows that even the most vulnerable precarious worker in the hospitality industry has a safer job than the best football coach. If public administration employees are mostly « safe », on the other hand, they reside – football coaches.

Or specifically: the Slovenian public sector has just under 200,000 employees, with a total mass of gross wages for less than € 6 billion a year or € 30,000 per head. There are about twenty well -paid jobs for coaches in Slovenian football, and their total mass for annual gross wages is over a million euros. Both national team selectors and coaches operating in clubs are taken into account.

At the same time, they yawning between public administration and football miles drastic technical difference. First of all, if the public sector can usually be labeled the state of Avtarcia, in the football business, it is true – for rare properly paid positions theoretically runs the whole world. In the period this season alone, ten Slovenian first -teamers employed coaches from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Russia and Spain.

And second, the difference also yawns in SIT density: the employer cannot afford a sharp staffing selection when finding 190,000 employees, which is really brutal with football coaches. Only the Slovenian coaching association officially has 1690 coaches (one thousand six hundred ninety), the surroundings a few more times!
