The department assures that third parties do not have access to the personal data of users

Newly Announced The introduction of new functions in the educational application « Dream » does not jeopardize the safety of data of teachers, students and their parents.
No third party has access to the personal information of users, the Ministry of Digital Policy has assured of a comment for « Life. »
Previously, doubts about data security were expressed by social networks who paid attention to the rules of the Cabinet resolution №177that regulates the application of the application. The document states that it can be « connected » by economic entities, information and communication systems.
In the Ministerus, they explain that it is a partner of « Dream », with which they cooperate within certain limits, as well as educational systems that can technically integrate into the application.
It is about partners who:
- provide content library materials;
- Attached to the bonus program, in which students in the form of encouragement will receive movie tickets, workshops, access to courses and more.
However, partners do not have access to personal data or administrative part of the system, stressed in the Ministry of Defense.
« Business entities do not access or its data. The resolution deals with the possibility of their technical integration – for example, to display information about bonuses »– they explained there.
The creators of the application noted that the economic entities are tested before joining the educational application, their integration is only through official procedures, and the activity meets the requirements of information security.
« No third party has access to the personal data of teachers, students or their parents (guardians) »– explained in the department.
They also added that the authorization in the annex through Bankid of the National Bank or « Action » does not pose a threat of leakage of personal data, because when entering into the application, this information is not stored and transmitted – this opportunity is not technically and legally.
« All the components of the » Dream Ecosystem « are created in accordance with the current legislation and in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data of users and users »– summed up in the department.
Recall the testing of educational application in the first 40 schools started in 2024. In September of that year available became Beta « Dreams ».
In the application, school students receive an ID card, the ability to perform educational tasks, view educational content and plan a day.
Thanks to the application, teachers can formulate electronic curricula, fill in magazines, put evaluations to students and mark their visit.
In addition, the platform also offers functionality for parents of students who can check the learning outcomes of their children, their homework and schedule.
