He drew attention to a special harvest zone, and even a series of scam: some chimney sweepers – or unknowns who claim it – are home to entrepreneurs, saying that the annual mandatory inspection must be performed. From address to address, they visit businesses to enter the less well -informed and force their services to the residents. Their story contains half -truths, but still pulling down: why, the explanation should be followed below.

A local entrepreneur who asked for his name to be silenced has shared his story in the Facebook group of a Pest county city. As he said, one day without any preliminary request or order, an unknown who was looking for him by name and claimed he came to check the chimney. When asked why the chimney sweeper replied that because a business is notified to the house and its owner is officially obliged to carry out the inspection every year.

He followed a word, and it turned out that the chimney sweeper would have done the « official investigation » for 16,500 forints, but it was unsuccessful, as our hero was out of his house. Fortunately, he was aware of the details and knew exactly that the chimney sweep didn’t tell him the full truth.

But what’s wrong with the fact that if an examination is mandatory – and that’s really the case, see below – and a chimney sweeper arrives to do it? It’s just that the craftsmen want to hit their services to anyone who is not alert or not aware of the rules – because of the mandatory chimney control, even though businesses are required to do so, it is not in the form of official control.

It also shows that it is not a unique thing, many are not aware of the rules that are used by chimney sweepers and possible fraudsters.
