DNA searches at Sinaia City Hall
DNA prosecutors carried out searches at the headquarters of Sinaia City Hall on Monday, judicial sources said.
According to them, the action of the prosecutors is related to the fact that Mayor Vlad Oprea had violated the measure of judicial control ordered by the investigators in the corruption file that concerns him.
Vlad Oprea is prosecuted for taking bribes in a continuous form, carrying out financial operations, as trade documents, incompatible with the function, attribution or task of a person or the conclusion of financial transactions, using the information obtained by virtue of the function, attribution or assignment, for false, in the case, or for another an improper use, the use of the influence or authority by one person who performs a management function in one party, in order to obtain for himself or for another money, goods or other undue benefits, execution without legal authorization or with the non-observance of the provisions of the issued authorizations of the construction or the abolition of some buildings located in the city.
