-This is a significant reform that promotes the public procurement process, will increase the transparency and efficiency of the whole process, and simplified and standard documentation opens up the possibility of participating in several companies in this process and increasing competitiveness. The new version introduces innovative technologies that will generate advanced data analytics that will achieve more accountability in spending public funds-says Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrieska-Kocoska.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the introduction of a tool for structuring the financial offer of companies that will lead to greater transparency and lighter prices for prices, will provide better monitoring and more detailed analysis of the prices of bids and the value of public procurement contracts, comparing single prices to the same subject of other institutions. This will have an insight into the general movements of the prices of products and services in the public procurement market, comparative analysis, design of trends,…

-New tools enable and contribute to harmonization with EC standards and regulation and stepping on the ESPP of an official member (E-Sender) on the EU Tender Tender Patient (TED), implementing the process of automatic creation of tender documentation, which will significantly reduce the quality of tender documentation, the cancellation of the procedures. The time to participate in the procedures will be shortened and greater security and integrity will be achieved in the creation of the offer – the ministry said.

The entire upgrade of the system, in addition to the above benefits and improvements, is the basis for the next major reform of public sector operation, such as introducing unified e-public procurement e-foundation in cooperation with the Public Revenue Office.

-The team in the Public Procurement Bureau, led by Director Mare Bogoeva Micovska, remains committed to continuously improving the public procurement system in all fields, both in the introduction of innovative electronic tools, as well as to strengthen the integrity and confidence in the public procurement procedures.
