Justin Bieber. The double winner of Grammy, said goodbye to his grandfather Brucea Dalewho passed away at the age of 80. He shared the news of death by an emotional post on Instagram, revealing that his ‘Pope’ died on Thursday, April 24, according to the obituary published on the website of the funeral company from Bieber’s hometown of Stratford in Ontario.

In addition to a touching message, Bieber also shared a 2009 photo taken a few days before his debut EP ‘My World’. In the picture, then a fifteen -year -old Bieber smiled smiling at his grandfather, holding his hands on his face.

In his announcement, Bieber recalled the common moments of childhood:

– Pope, I always took all the money, lol. I remember once told me your grandmother gave you a $ 20 pocket money for a whole week! I would always persuade you to spend it on snacks on hockey games on Friday night. Although reluctant, he would always give it to me, ”he wrote.

He also recalled that his grandfather was known for his loud cheering and throwing referees at matches.
