In accordance with the facts

Results of the National Audit Office’s initial examination of the implementation and supervision of the Post Service Act no. 98/2019 are clear and unprofitable. As stated in the results of the preliminary examination, many of the questions that emerged in the Parliament’s audit request did not apply to the statutory role and the National Audit Office’s work. For example, it is not the role of the office to interpret and clarify the law. At the same time, many questions were related to issues that had already been resolved by the required regulators, but the National Audit Office does not review those decisions. Nevertheless, the National Audit Office sought to answer the questions of Parliament entirely in accordance with the existing facts.
