A negative phenomenon that damages the diaspora voting process has begun. Since the CEC has launched the ballots of those who are registered and the voting is done in the family, they have the opportunity to film or photograph how they voted. Because such is the process by mail. But they are posting on social networks their voting sheet, a very punishable act legally, but that brings their vote to be declared invalid.
