Measure detention of 30 days for the first suspect – employed in one of the defendants and precautions for two persons – one official employed by TEC Negotino and the current President of the SCPC, Tatjana Dimitrovska, ordered the court, acting on the prosecution.

-That is, against BN Suspected for crimes: criminal association, abuse of public procurement and money laundering and other crime proceedings, he has given him a 30 -day detention, for the existence of the grounds of Art. 165 para.1 T.1, 2 and 3 of the LCP while for BPM and TD Suspected of the crime of making an official secret, accepted the proposal for imposing precautionary measures in accordance with Art. 146 para.1 t. 3 and t. 7 of the LCP, ie temporary seizure of the passport and prohibition on issuing a new and ban on taking certain activities related to the crime, inform the Basic Criminal Court Skopje.

Against these decisions, the parties have the right to appeal before the Criminal Council.

The prosecution informed yesterday that three more people are suspected in the Adivit case.

-According to the procedure for the case, as a result of the extracted electronic evidence provided in the procedure, the prosecutors in question have issued an order to conduct an investigation against three persons, the prosecutor’s office explains.

To date, the evidence, according to the prosecution, suggests that the first suspect was a member of the group aimed at committing crimes of abuse of the public call procedure, awarding a public procurement contract or public -private partnership, abuse of power and authority and money laundering and other proceeds. As an employee of one of the defendants, from July 2022 to October 2024, he intended with two or more time -related actions representing multiple accomplishment of the same work.

The second suspect, in September 2024, as an official employed in the subsidiary TEC Negotino AD ESM Skopje, to an uninvited person accused in the case of Additives, otherwise made available data in accordance with Art. 289 of the LCP represent an official secret.

The third suspect has intentionally performed two or more weather -related actions that are a multiple accomplishment of the same work using the same lasting relationship, the same opportunities and other similar circumstances.

-As an official, President of the SCPC from May to December 2024, a uninvited person accused in the case of Additive has made available data that according to Art. 25 and Art. 50 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption and Conflict of Interest, as well as Art. 289 of the LCP represent an official secret. The « Adiv » case refers to an investigation into the abuse of public procurement and money laundering regarding the procurement of coal additives for the needs of AD ESM – subsidiary REK Bitola and REK Oslomej. 31 natural person and 5 legal entities are charged.

According to the prosecution, the suspects organized and re -registered legal entities to play public procurement procedures, allowing certain companies to obtain contracts and gain significant property benefits.
