Deputies are ready to update a third

United Russia (EP) completed the registration for preliminary voting for the selection of candidates for the September elections. According to Kommersant, in ten regional legislative assemblies from the party, the authorities intend to run at least 54 participants in a special operation. At the same time, in most constituent entities of the Russian Federation, two -thirds of the United Russia count on the extension of mandates.

According to the secretary of the General Council of the YP Vladimir Yakushev, 21 thousand people in 57 constituent entities of the Russian Federation want to take part in the elections of different levels from the party. 45% of them are party members and another 33% are supporters. 413 people have combat experience in the framework of a special military operation (SV).

This year, the residents of 11 constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be elected deputies of regional parliaments, but the united Russia does not disclose participants in the primaries in the Belgorod region, citing the fact that this is a regional border with Ukraine.

The vote itself will also pass according to another model: only party members will be electors (usually all voters can vote). In the remaining ten entities, 2.3 thousand candidates apply for 412 deputy seats, that is, on average, the competition is 5.5 people per mandate. Most of the participants were in the Voronezh, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk regions, the least in the Magadan region and Yamal (see schedule). The maximum competition was recorded in Komi (7.3 people per place), the minimum – in the Novosibirsk region (4).

In the same Novosibirsk region, the most participants in Swarmers – 17 people, two of whom were current deputies. Two parliamentarians with combat experience participate in preliminary voting and in the Ryazan region. The least veterans were on Kolyma and in the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug – only one (on Yamal it is also a valid deputy). There are among applicants and listeners of the Presidential Personnel program “Heroes Time” – for example, coach Sergei Verteletsky in the Kaluga region. Recall that the fighters automatically receive +25% to the result on the primaries.

According to the results of the elections, only eight (44%) appeared in the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where out of 18 current voting (44%), the greatest update of the EP faction can be expected in the elections. Also, almost every second unorold decided not to participate in the primaries in Komi (11 out of 20 acting deputies, or 55%).

In all other regions, at least two -thirds of the people’s deputies claim to be extended, most in the Ryazan (72.4%), Kurgan (74.1%), Novosibirsk (75.6%) and Chelyabinsk (78%) regions.

The speakers of regional parliaments appeared in primaries in most regions (they all represent EP). The exception was the chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga Region Gennady Novoseltsev, the head of the Magadan Regional Duma Sergey Abramov and the head of the Voronezh Regional Duma Sergey Netesov. But the latter already informed the media that he would take part in the elections, as he would enter the first three of the EP list with Governor Alexander Gusev and the hero of Russia Andrei Dyachenko.

Recall that the EP General City Council has the right to form the head parts of the parties without taking into account the primaries. So, “steam locomotives” usually become governors who do not take part in preliminary voting. At the same time, getting into the list does not guarantee the preservation behind the speaker of his previous post. For example, according to the high -ranking sources “Kommersant” in the EP, in the new convocation of the Voronezh Regional Duma, the governor Gusev would like to see the chairman of another deputy.

It is interesting that this year there are many “defectors” among participants in the primaries of EP.

So, in the Novosibirsk region, a former LDPR faction of six deputies, who had previously been deprived of “for betrayal”, was previously deprived of the full voting in full force. There, deputy Sergei Kalchenko and one of the two members of the Fair Russia – for Truth, elected earlier from the Communist Party, will take part in the primaries. A similar story in the Chelyabinsk region, where the deputies Evgeny Reva and Mikhail Makhov decided to run for the new convocation from the EP, who in 2020 were elected from the LDPR and the Green Alternative, respectively.
