Preparations have already begun – it is a matter of buying appropriate plane tickets, buying specific places on the plane, because it is known that they must be close to each other. In a word, it’s about logistics issues, so we don’t have a specific date of departure yet. Currently, Sebastian M. is in the hands of local services, but I have no information where he is physically – adds a police spokeswoman.

Reports about the escape of Mantczak
In recent days, all of Poland has wondered if Sebastian Mattczak is still in the ZAA. There were rumors that the man escaped. These surprising reports appeared barely a few days after the United Emirates of the Arab Emirates were issued to Poland.
Private detective Dawid Burzacki, who has the fate of Sebastian Mattczak in Dubai from the very beginning, but determined that the man had no longer stayed in his current place of residence. As « Fakt » found out, he was to move out from there a few days ago.
– We hope that the activities carried out by both the Polish side and local services in the UAE will lead to its detention before he leaves the territory of the Emirates. Otherwise, his detention can be significantly extended and complicated – Dawid Burzacki told « Fakt ».
The Polish prosecutor’s office did not confirm the reports of the escape of Mantczak, nor did they deny them, explaining that there was no information on this subject.
Families of the victims of the accident have already been informed about the detention of Sebastian Majtczak.
– I gave my families information about the detention of Sebastian Majtczak. They accepted this message with relief and hope that now matters will go quickly in Poland – said « Fakt » Łukasz Kowalski, the representative of the families of the victims of the accident.
Donald Tusk took the floor in social media, announcing that Sebastian M. will now be dealt with by the Polish prosecutor’s office.

Extradition of Sebastian Majtczak
On May 15, the ZEA authorities issued the final consent to the extradition of Sebastian Majtczak to Poland. However, the process is not simple. The implementation of the extradition procedure that rests at the Polish police depends on the activities performed by Emiracie services. – Extraditional detention cannot last longer than 60 days, which is why Sebastian M. Musiał, according to Emiraci procedures, be released. We were assured that he would stay in the ZAA. In October 2023, he was detained in Dubai, he did not agree to extradition. Since then, the Polish side has been going on to bring him to the country.
