« Deletion of the Criminal Record of the Criminal Relationship » is discussed in the committee – Cyprus Newspaper

The Parliament of the Republic, law, political affairs, external affairs and Defense Committee continued to discuss the “Deletion of the Criminal Registration Law”.

UBP Pier Deputy Yasemi Ozturk, UBP Kyrenia Deputy Hasan Small, UBP Nicosia Deputy Hasan Tacoy, CTP Kyrenia Deputy Ongun Talat and CTP Nicosia Deputy Product Product Solyalı’nın proposed law on the committee will continue in the next meeting.

According to information given from the Assembly, UBP Deputy Yasemi Ozturk chaired the meeting, committee members CTP deputy Ongun Talat, UBP deputy Hasan Kucuk, CTP deputy Product SOLYALI and UBP deputy Hasan Taçoy attended. CTP Deputy Salahi Sahiner and independent deputy Aysegul Baybars also took part in the meeting.

With the Prepared “Deletion of the Criminal Registration Law proposal, the TRNC citizen or persons residing in the TRNC or residence permission can request deletion of criminal records under which conditions. According to the proposal, among the elements sought in order to delete the criminal record, the crime committed should not enter into the authority of the heavy criminal court, that there is no disgraceful crime, to be sentenced to a fine and not to be sentenced to any crime within 5 years.
