« Deletion of the Criminal Record Law proposal » Committee – Cyprus Newspaper

The Assembly of the Republic, Law, Political Affairs, Outdoors and Defense Committee, « Deleting the Criminal Record of the Law on Deletion Law » held the general meeting.

According to the statement made by the Assembly, the committee convened under the chairmanship of the Committee President UBP Deputy Yasemi Öztürk today and on the agenda “Deletion of the Criminal Registration Law (Recommendation Owners: UBP Scaffolding Deputy Yasemi Öztürk, UBP Kyrenia Deputy Hasan Küçük, UBP Nickoşa Deputy (Y.Ö.NO: 86/4/2025).

The Committee will continue her work on the proposal of the law at the next meeting.

As an invitation to the committee meeting, officials from the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, the General Directorate of Police, the Turkish Cypriot Bar Association and the Employee Rights Association participated and presented their opinions on the subject.

Committee Chairman UBP Deputy Yasemi Öztürk chaired the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Committee CTP Deputy Ongun Talat, Committee Member UBP Deputy Hasan Küçük, Committee Member CTP Deputy Product Product and Committee Member UBP Deputy Hasan Taçoy attended.

Ayşegül Baybars also attended the committee meeting.
