Delays, laptops, access to the toilets … which is compulsory, authorized or prohibited during the Bac – Liberation tests
During the baccalaureate events, which started on Friday June 13 with French for 500,000 high school students first and who continue on Monday with philosophy for 725,000 Terminale students In general and technological routes, here is what is compulsory, prohibited and authorized.
The candidate must present himself with his convocation and an identity document in physical version at the time indicated on his invitation. A time is reserved for the installation of the candidates before the start of the event, around 30 minutes.
No identity document presented on the mobile phone will be taken into account. In the event of loss or theft of his identity document, a receipt of the police or gendarmerie will be requested and another official document with photo allowing the candidate to be recognized.
It is also possible to run for exams with an identity document expired for less than five years.
Access to the examination room is prohibited to any candidate who presents himself after the opening of the envelope containing the subjects. However, in the event of delay independent of the candidate’s desire and not exceeding an hour, the center chief can exceptionally authorize the candidate to work, but without additional time beyond the end of the event initially planned. If the delay exceeds one hour, the candidate is considered absent.
Outings in the toilet are prohibited at the start to avoid crossing delaying candidates, unless absolutely necessitated and accompanied by a supervisor. After the first hour, they are allowed but, a high school student after another, accompanied by a supervisor.
It is possible to leave the room before the end of the event, once the first hour has passed. This outing is final. You always have to put your copy, even white, with the completed header.
Are considered fraud or attempted fraud, « Communication with other candidates during tests, the use of information, equipment or documents not authorized by the subject or the regulations » or the fact that « The candidate is replaced by another »said the Ministry of Education during a press point for presentation of the bin.
Any object that communicates with the outside or « With an electronic memory allowing the consultation of files » is thus prohibited, both mobile phones and connected watches or touch tablets, for written and oral tests.
Mobile phones must be extinguished, stored in the candidate’s bag or given to room supervisors. Replacement tests are organized from September 8 to 11 for the general and technological roads and from September 8 to 12 and from 15 to 17 for the professional path, for those who could not present themselves to the tests for a reason for force majeure (illness for example).
It is necessary to write quickly to the rectorate and attach the supporting documents, as a medical certificate. The candidates retain the benefit of admission proposals in higher education made on Parcoursup until the publication of final results in late September.
