Defenders of Palevski and Videvski demand expertise of the found bush

The question of the weapons of the defendant Bore Videvski and the lack of traces of firing at the Interior Ministry’s base (MoI), according to his defense lawyer, Bojan Manev is contradictory. He expressed doubt about the contradiction in the documents submitted by the Ministry of Interior to the Prosecutor’s Office, which were presented at today’s addition to the evidence.

– On the one hand we have confirmation that the weapons are legal, but on the other hand there are no data on firing at the MoI base. This is either a failure or deliberate neglect of the archives – Manev said, adding that he would call witnesses who could confirm Videvski’s presence at his job on November 22.

In addition, lawyer Jovica Strashevski, who represents Ljupco Palevski, demanded expert examination of the bush found at the scene of the murder of Pance Zezhovski.

-The prosecution today submitted an order and notice, where it was requested whether criminal-legal events in Macedonia occurred, was fired by some of those tested bushes or guns, and whether it was fired by Bore Videvski’s weapons. However, not all other regular guns for which there are records in the Republic of Macedonia. There is no such thing. It is stupid to express that in a smuggling way it wants to hide a thing that is very important, and it is important to find the bush of which weapons have been fired, whether legally or illegal – said Strashevski.

According to reports presented at the hearing, the Coura in question does not coincide with the already registered data in the system. In terms of Videvski’s weapons, although he has a legal permit of 1998, firing records are missing.

The trial continues with further evidence by the prosecution. The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, together planned the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give their « Citroen » vehicle to use it to abduct the child in Skopje.

Juvenile Vanja and Pance resident were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
