We are all aware that defendant Vasil Jovanov has given a naked recognition with the intention of mitigating the sentence, said the family’s lawyer for the dead Frosina Kulakova, Darko al -Blana, in a media statement after the end of today’s hearing at the Basic Basic Court in Skopje.
We all know, he said, how the event happened in which the young Frosina was killed and for that reason we demanded that the highest predicted sanction that the legislator did not accidentally predict in the law.
« If the highest predicted sanction is pronounced, it will be the only justice, satisfactory justice, for the young lost life of Frosina Kulakova, and it would also be a prevention for the future not to witness such unfortunate events and crimes, » Al Blana said.
Frosina’s mother, Kamelia Kulakova, expressed hope that the court would show that the laws had a soul and justice had a person.
-I just hope after this long hearing that the court will show that justice has a soul, that the laws have a soul and justice has a person, and that Frosine’s life will not end up in a void. I hope the highest punishment will be imposed – said Kulakova.
Frosina’s father, Todor Kulakov, said in a statement to the media before the Basic Criminal Court Skopje that they as a family were completely expelled from the case and that the law was such that the parents had been completely dismissed and were just mute observers.
-Although you kill your child, parents are in what means the main case under such a law, they are not part of the subject and have no right to participate, nor the right to control, anything, even on insights and depend only on the goodwill of the institutions. Yes, I will publicly thank for all those who are part of the institutions and their goodwill including the goodwill of the judges – said Kulakov.

According to Kulakovski, if Judge Daniela Aleksovska tried Vasil for drug trafficking, he would be in jail, and today Frosina would be alive.
-Instead of accusing the Judicial Council for directly responsible, especially as a court precedent and unknown for case law, works only in order to release Vasil, so Teta Judge Daniela allowed Vasil’s murder, leaving him, and even more unacceptable, and the Judicial Council in the most relevant and unworthy man, Holding the formula « Watch the form, completely neglect the contents ». That is why Prime Minister Christian Mickovski is fully supported. When he said, I will go out and protest in front of the Judicial Council. The verdict on the trampling of Frosina Kulakova will be announced on the 13th of this month, after a trial that began today at the Skopje Criminal Court, defendant Vasil Jovanov pleaded guilty to the crime of « heavy offenses against people and property in the traffic » in Skopje.
