Daughter drags 92-year-old father before the judge after threats: « But she and her new friend made him lifetime » (Koksijde)

A 92-year-old man from Koksijde had to answer after his own daughter dragged him to the judge for threats and success and injuries. According to C., her father has been a tyrant within the family for years, and he threatened to kill her with a knife. The 92-year-old AV lawyer, however, holds up a completely different story.
The alleged facts date from almost five years ago. On July 4, 2020, daughter C. called the police with the words:« Come help me, my father wants to strangle me and threatens to kill me with a knife. » The police rushed to the flat in Koksijde where AV, his daughter C. and her new friend, a man from the end of the 70, lived together.
« They couldn’t make many findings, although everyone was about their tours and it turned out to be a difficult relationship, » said the attorney. « We then dismissed the case, but the daughter filed a complaint with civil party statement three years later. We are now asking for the suspension. »
Tyrannical
C.’s lawyer gave more explanation to that complaint. « We are talking about years of tragic events in the family where C. The mother of C. regularly had to undergo partner violence of her tyrannical father. When the mother died, C. took over the worries, but she herself fell victim to success and threats from AV. She has a hard time not want to see the problem. »
« That evening in July 2020, she was in bed with her boyfriend when her father threatened to kill both with a knife, and wanted to struggle her. It is true that she only lodged a complaint three years later, but that is because she cannot process the facts. » A compensation of 2,000 euros was requested.
Latest savings
The lawyer of AV, who could not be present because of his health, fiercely raged. « First and foremost we are surprised that five years after alleged facts, we still have to stand trial. It is true that there was a severe fight that evening, but mainly because C. had drunk himself. The police themselves noted. And because of the fact that she and her new friend, a dozen years younger than her own father, made him the life in that flat. »
« The truth is that AV sold his house and gave all the money to its daughter, on condition that they would live together in the flat. But once she had the money, she no longer looked at him. AV was frustrated about that, he grabbed the bottle and fell a word. But never succeed. And now she wants to take his last savings. »
